Infinity Waters is a “fantastic development” that is situated in a uniquely appealing part of Liverpool.
That’s according to Allan Henshall, project director at Vermont, the local construction firm responsible for delivering this spectacular development of three towers – two of which will reach skyscraper heights – on the River Mersey.
“It pushes the city centre out and connects the business district to the traditional dock areas and some of the fantastic facilities around here,” he says in the video at the top of this page.
The process of designing and planning Infinity Waters began more than two years ago, and the project has now reached what Mr Henshall calls “the easy bit” – actually building it.
After the piling and basement construction is complete, the concrete frame will be put in place and, by the end of the year, the facade of the property should be visible.
Mr Henshall also talks about Liverpool’s general appeal for visitors and residents, and therefore for investors searching for properties that will attract strong demand and deliver reliable yields.
“We’ve got a growing and thriving city centre, and people need homes,” he says. “It couldn’t have a better view, across the Docklands, across to the Wirral and north Wales. It’s just a great location.”
The video also features Mr Henshall’s insights into Liverpool’s hugely promising property market at the moment, one of the undeniable highlights of which is Infinity Waters.
When it’s complete, the development is sure to bring in steady demand from tenants with its range of high-end features, which include a full spa, cinema and meeting rooms, private garden areas, a modern gym and an indoor swimming pool.
