UK real estate – it’s a numbers game.

From rising house prices to the rising cost of rent, investors have been keeping an eye on market trends to pinpoint when and where to invest.

With a strong demand from tenants, UK buy-to-let opportunities may present landlords with a high yielding investment opportunity. For those looking to improve their yields, experts have highlights that regional yields are performing better as investors move away from London.

The future is bright

2014 was a phenomenal year for the UK’s property market.

On average, house prices increased by 14%, property transactions increased by 4.3% and even rental prices were up.

Many property experts expect that UK real estate will continue to expand in 2015, despite the forecast of a slight slowdown in the run up to the general election and the possibility of interest rate rises.

Savills forecast that UK mainstream house prices will increase by 19.3% by 2019, making the market a top choice for those looking for an income producing opportunity which has capital appreciation prospects.
