Experience Invest is pleased to announce that it will be in attendance this October at one of the property market’s biggest annual conferences, MIPIM UK, alongside Think Luton!
Experience Invest provides some of the best performing and most profitable property asset classes to what is one of the UK’s fastest growing towns, and promotes this as part of the wider, innovative regeneration effort in Luton with Think Luton!.
And now, the two companies will come together in attendance at MIPIM UK, which takes place at the London Olympia between October 19th and October 21st, to promote this work and connect with investors from across the globe to offer some of the best opportunities available in the property market at present.
Experience Invest at MIPIM UK
Experience Invest will be in attendance for the whole duration of the event, talking to potential investors about the various projects in student property, residential rentals and care homes that it is carrying out across the country.
However, we will also be joining Think Luton! for their annual panel, alongside a number of the organisation’s other partners, to discuss the multi-billion pound regeneration currently taking place in Luton, and delve into just how successful the project has been in turning Luton into one of the most exciting towns in the country with real potential behind it.
With property professionals from all over the world in attendance, as well as some of the UK’s biggest companies including the likes of Knight Frank and JLL, the MIPIM UK conference will give Experience Invest and Think Luton! the chance to show off the fantastic work we are doing together, including shining the light on two of our most exciting projects; the fully-let Chapel Street, which recently opened its doors with 87 purpose built student rooms, and London Park House, which it joins in the lucrative student market.
Visit between 19-21 Oct at Olympia, London
MIPIM UK is a very exciting event for Experience Invest to attend, as it allows us the chance to connect with investors from across the globe and showcase the opportunities that our work can provide for them.
And with more than 4,000 participants in attendance, it’s the chance to really show off some of the fantastic work currently being done in Luton to a larger audience.
