Cityscape Global – the prestigious real estate investment exhibition set to return to Dubai’s World Trade Centre from October 2nd to 4th 2018 – offers many opportunities for investors, developers and agents alike.
For Experience Invest, one of the most exciting parts of this year’s show will be the opportunity to expand our agent network in the Middle East and Asia. With overseas investors showing more demand for investment opportunities in the UK, there is strong potential for agents to direct their clients to the latest and most attractive developments.
As the exclusive marketing and sales agent for Elliot Group, Opto Property Group and the CRC Group, Experience Invest is seeking to grow its regional agent network in the Middle East to connect buyers with the products available from these developers.
All of these firms have strong track records of delivering projects to a high standard.
Opto Property Group received the Developer of the Year accolade at the 2018 Property Wire Awards, overcoming competition from Galliard Homes and Barratt Homes. The firm also recently announced that it was on course to deliver New Bedford House – a residential project in Luton – on time and on budget in the fourth quarter of 2018.
Elliot Group is north-west England’s fastest-growing developer, with 18 projects in Liverpool, Leeds and Manchester. Among them is Infinity Waters, a striking combination of three towers set to have a big impact on the Liverpool skyline.
The CRC Group is one of the largest student property providers in Liverpool and has an impeccable track record on delivering purpose-built accommodation on time and on budget. The developer’s latest offering, Baltic 56, will be on show at Cityscape Global 2018.
Agents whose clients make an investment will receive regular construction news and marketing materials to ensure they are up to date with what is happening on site.
Meeting global demand
London-based property specialist, Experience Invest already works with a number of agents in the Middle East, but we are looking to expand this network to meet growing demand from foreign buyers.
International investors continue to recognise the value of investing in UK property, despite potential challenges such as Brexit and changes to stamp duty. One of the key reasons for this is the current low value of the pound on the global stage.
This will be the second year in a row that Experience Invest has appeared at Cityscape Global, and we will be seeking to build on the foundations we established last year.
Agent manager James Elborn said: “As part of the continued expansion of the company, we have consistently seen an uplift in sales from these regions over the last few years, partly because of the favourable exchange rate currently available.
“At this year’s show, we hope to strengthen existing connections and build relationships with new agents, who wish to promote our exclusive range of high-yielding property investments in the UK.
“Agents are invited to visit our stand to meet me and find out more information about working with us. I look forward to seeing you there.”
Experience Invest will be exhibiting at stand 4F30, where visitors will also be able to see a 3D model of Imperial Square and find out more about our latest and most exciting investment opportunities. Investors are also invited to sign up for an exclusive UK property seminar that will be held on Friday 5th October. For more information, click here.
