- In the press
This week has proven to be an exciting time for the team at Experience Invest. We’ve been busy fielding enquiries from the national and trade press on a host of our projects and initiatives we’re currently working on.
Experience Invest features in The Telegraph
To kick things off, our recent research report delving into the challenges investors face when planning and executing their investment exit strategies has remained a trending topic of discussion in the press. Having previously been featured in The Times, this week The Telegraph and Money Marketing became two of the most recent titles to cover the findings of our research.
If you’re yet to read the report, Experience Invest’s independent study found that 25% of UK investors have assets they want to liquidate but are struggling to sell. As a result, these assets are prone to become a liability for investors who are not able to realise the capital gains from their investment.
As such, our research emphasises the importance for investment providers to clearly outline the exit strategies available to their clients, something which we pride on delivering at Experience Invest.
Director Jerald Solis appears on BBC Radio
We were recently pleased to announce the completion of New Bedford House in Luton, a state-of-the-art residential development adding 54 modern one and two bedroom apartments to the town’s growing rental market.
New Bedford House is the latest in a series of new residential and commercial projects Experience Invest is rolling out across Luton, catering to increasing demand for rental properties in one of London’s top commuter towns. Other projects in Luton include Imperial Square at Flowers Way, and developments on Cumberland Street and Midland Road.
In recognition of Experience Invest’s work in Luton, our Business Development and Acquisitions Director, Jerald Solis, appeared on BBC Three Counties Radio to explain how Experience Invest is set to deliver projects in Luton that will equate to a total Gross Development Value of £186.1 million. You can listen to the interview here.
Importantly, our work in Luton is just part of Experience Invest’s broader strategy to meet housing demand in rising regional centres across the UK.
